Bi-weekly 1:1 coaching session $400 per month.

Facilitation for Teams & Offsites

$2,000.00

Strategic planning, leadership team alignment, change workshops, culture retros—anywhere you guide the room and drive the decisions.

Custom sessions starting at $2000 per day.

Day rates apply to sessions in Denver. Additional travel costs for on-site work outside Denver.

People & Culture Systems Consulting

$2,500.00

Diagnose bottlenecks in org structure, performance management, and people ops; design practical systems and routines that actually stick.

Projects typically begin at $2500 per day and are scoped to your organization.
